Creative Routines of Great Artists

I’ve always been interested in how people set up their lives to facilitate creativity, and this book really delivered on the details of famous people who are regarded as highly creative.  Initially, my thought was that creative pursuits are best accomplished early in the morning (say 4-9am) or late at night (9pm-2am).  This analysis doesn’t really support that.  It’s probably more along the line of “no one knows anything”- it’s up to each of us to figure out the rhythm that best supports our lives and creative endeavors.  Like most things, contextually specific.
